Our Story
From One Grader to a Full Fleet
Sandaman Constructions started as a small earthworks outfit and grew into a multi-disciplinary contractor by keeping every promise on every contract, however small.
Sandaman Constructions Ltd was founded to close a simple gap: too many infrastructure contracts in Ghana were won on price and lost on execution. We built our name on the opposite approach — realistic programmes, engineering sign-off before breaking ground, and site supervisors who stay until the punch list is empty. Today we run road, building, water and earthworks contracts concurrently across four regions, backed by our own plant fleet and a permanent core of engineers and site staff.
Our Mission
Deliver infrastructure that performs under Ghana's real conditions — heavy rains, high axle loads and long service life — on the timeline we quote.
Our Vision
Become the contractor Ghanaian municipalities and private developers call first, because our sites finish clean and on programme.
Our Values
Site safety, honest reporting to clients, and paying our crews and suppliers on time, every time.
